Seri33 VIP has two parts that work side by side. The weekly VIP bonus looks at how you played over the past week and calculates your reward from that, while the VIP tier ladder tracks your total deposits over time and pays a bonus each time you reach a new level. A member who deposited and played steadily during the week receives a bonus that reflects it, and a member who had a quiet week receives less or nothing at all.
Because the weekly bonus is worked out week by week, every week starts fresh. A slow week doesn’t cancel your membership, and if you play regularly again the following week, you qualify again. The programme is built around event slot games. The VIP bonus can only be played on games in the Event Game tab, and live casino, table games, sports betting, lottery and fishing games are not part of it, although they remain available through the rest of the site.

Who qualifies for Seri33 VIP
Qualification is automatic. Any member who deposits at least RM100 during the week can claim a VIP bonus the following week. The RM100 is counted across the whole week, from Monday to Sunday, using any of the supported deposit methods, including online banking, DuitNow, FPX and eWallets.
Your account also needs to meet two basic checks. The name on your bank account must match the name on your Seri33 ID, and the bank account must be a personal one. Company bank accounts are not accepted, and an account registered with a company bank account forfeits the bonus straight away.
What VIP members receive
A weekly angpao that grows with your activity
The VIP reward works like an angpao: a packet of bonus credit given as thanks for staying active. Its size depends on how much you deposited during the previous week. A member who deposited RM100 receives a smaller angpao than a member who deposited more, so the reward always reflects how you actually played rather than a fixed rate.
A fresh bonus every Monday
The bonus renews every Monday. Each new week is a clean start, so a quiet week doesn’t cost you anything permanent. Deposit again the next week and you qualify again.

The weekly VIP bonus and the tier ladder are separate. Any member who deposits at least RM100 in a week can claim the weekly bonus, whatever level they are on. Live chat can confirm which level you are currently on.
How the RM500 min and max cuci works
“Cuci” means cashing out. For the VIP bonus, the minimum and the maximum cuci are both RM500. In practice, this means two things:
- You need a balance of at least RM500 before you can withdraw: If your VIP bonus plus winnings stays below RM500, you can keep playing eligible games, but you can’t withdraw yet.
- The most you can withdraw from a VIP bonus is RM500: If your balance goes above RM500, you withdraw RM500 and the rest is removed.
So the goal with a VIP bonus is simple: grow it to RM500 on event slot games, then cash out.
How to claim your VIP bonus
Claims are made through live chat on Monday. Follow these steps:
- Deposit at least RM100 during the week: This is the week that counts towards next Monday’s bonus.
- Bring your wallet to RM0: Finish your play or withdraw any balance first, because the bonus can only be added to an empty wallet.

Games you can play with the VIP bonus
The VIP bonus can only be played on event slot games, which you’ll find in the Event Game tab of the lobby. These include event titles from providers such as Mega H5, WF Gaming, Advant Play, EV0888 H5, Rich Gaming, PX Play and Joker. Regular slot games outside the Event Game tab don’t count.
The following are not allowed while playing with a VIP bonus:

Breaking any of these rules forfeits all the credit in your wallet, so it’s worth reading them once before your first claim:
- Wallet must be RM0 before claiming: The bonus can’t be added on top of an existing balance.
